Chicken Wings. Baked in hot sauce, served with a blue cheese sauce

40 DAY DRY AGED BEEF
New York Sirloin 400g
Rump Steak 350g

150 DAY GRAINFED BEEF
Fillet Steak 250g
Ribeye Steak 300g
Slow Cooked Beef Short Ribs (2 Racks)

Vegetable Lasagne. Kale puree & herb salad
Barramundi Fillet. Fennel, radish & herb salad

All steaks are served with a choice of sauce or butter.
A selection of shared sides will be served with the mains.
