Slow Cooked Beef Short Ribs (2 Racks)

Palak Paneer Inspired Risotto - Bright, savoury and armoatic with soft paneer cheese

Chicken Supreme - Aussie chicken breast served on potato puree

 

All steaks are served with a choice of butter and sauce.

A selection of shared sides will be served with the mains

Passionfruit Panna Cotta - Panna Cotta with passionfruit gel

Sticky Date Pudding - Vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce
