A Hereford Beefstouw’s menu offers a variety of cuts to ensure that every guest can find their personal favorite on the menu. One thing is guaranteed, all our cuts are tender, succulent and of premium quality.
If you prefer your steak to have a juicy and intense taste of beef, we recommend the sirloin with its heavy marbling and fatty rim. However, if you are in the mood for a steak with a less dominant taste of beef, maybe the eye fillet is the way to go – extremely tender and thickly cut.
T-bone steak, ribeye or a seared, ground beef steak are some of the other options in our steak house in Herning. Don’t forget, our skilled staff is always more than ready to guide you when searching for the perfect cut.

We import wine from numerous countries around the world – including France, Italy, Spain, Germany, The United States and Australia. However diverse, the regions of Burgundy and Piemonte are particularly prominent on our wine list
Wine is an absolute cornerstone in our concept, hence the quality of the wines is one of several critical factors in regards to whether or not a specific wine is deemed suitable for A Hereford Beefstouw.

About the Restaurant
The A Hereford Beefstouw restaurant situated next to Tivoli’s main entrance is, by any standard, the largest in the family. Since opening in 1975, it has expanded several times, and today the restaurant has room for 450 dining guests inside and approx 100 guests outside in Tivoli Gardens.
The restaurant accommodates approx. 200,000 dining guests a year. The restaurant is a very busy place, and it adds a very special atmosphere and spirit to the restaurant. Despite its size, the restaurant is both well-arranged and cozy because it is divided into smaller sections – each with its own distinctive mark.
In the open bright glass pavilion facing the busy street of Vesterbrogade, our guests can keep an eye on the bustling Copenhagen city life while enjoying their draught beer. The other side of the restaurant is an integrated part of the marvelous Tivoli Gardens. On the Tivoli terrace, you can dine while enjoying the beautiful atmosphere and views. Our closest neighbour in Tivoli, by the way, is the legendary Pantomime Theatre. Inside the restaurant you will find more unique and cozy sections – each of them organized and decorated with the meticulous sense of detail that characterizes all the A Hereford Beefstouw restaurants.
